Recruitments in IDBI Bank are strictly on all India basis by open competition and the Bank has not hired or authorized any agency or organization or any individual to recommend or recruit any personnel on its behalf or collect any money or commission or charges for recruitment or training or coaching, etc.
Recently IDBI has invited Online Applications for 1036 Executive Posts. As per the notification, this is a single stage recruitment which will be conducted in online mode, and there is no interview procedure. So Candidates who are going to appear in IDBI Executive Exam, must have knowledge of Detailed Selection Process, Syllabus & Exam Pattern. Selection Process : The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in online exam test, after being found medically fit as well as on fulfilling the required eligibility criteria. Shortlisted Candidates will also called for Document Verification. The number of applicants called for document verification and pre-recruitment medical test will also be at the discretion of IDBI Bank. Applicants qualifying both in the online test and declared fit in the pre recruitment medical test shall be considered for final shortlisting. Reference for medical test does not imply final selection, which may please be noted.
Note : The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on applicant’s marks in the online test, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.
IDBI Executive Exam Pattern 2023 : Check Detailed Exam Pattern below…
- There will be Written Exam conducted in Online Mode.
- Multiple Choice Type Questions will ask in the Exam.
- Written Exam has 150 Questions comprises of 150 Marks.
- There are 3 sections in the examination which are Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. Each section has 50 Question & 50 Marks.
- The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes and there is no sectional time limit.
IDBI Executive Syllabus 2023 Online Exam : IDBI Executive Syllabus 2022 comprises of following elements-
Reasoning:- Comprehensive Reasoning (Puzzles), Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and de-coding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion type questions, arithmetic reasoning, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, syllogistic reasoning, Seating Arrangements, Decision Making, Input & Output, Logical Reasoning. There will be puzzles on Floor, Direction Sense & Blood Relations.
English Language :- Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Error, Sentence correction, Fill in the blanks, Sentence Arrangements/ Word Arrangement, Comprehension & Cloze Test.
Quantitative Aptitude:- Questions will be asked from Simplification, Number Series, Quadratic Equations Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Data Interpretation is the section which have to be focused.
