Details of Vacancies : Total 42 Posts. The number of vacancies are tentative and may increase/ decrease/ withdrawn without prior notice. A vacancy may be kept unfilled, if no candidate is found suitable. Reservations for vacancy of SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ EWS as per Govt. of India instructions/ rules. Total numbers of vacancies are inclusive of number of vacancies of PWD. Post wise Vacancy Details are as follows :

Senior Assistant : 08 Posts (UR : 3 SC : 1 OBC : 4)
Junior Assistant : 30 Posts (UR : 5 SC : 6 ST : 3 OBC : 16)
Junior Accountant : 4 Posts (UR : 2 SC : 1 OBC : 1)

Age Limit (as on 14.08.2021) : Candidate must be above 18 years and not exceeding 27 Years of Age. Age relaxation will be as per GOI instructions/ as decided by NBE Governing Body from time to time.

Educational Qualification :

Senior Assistant : Candidate must have Degree from recognized University/ Board.

Junior Assistant :
1. Candidate must have passed Passed Senior Secondary Examination from a recognized Board/ University recognized by Central/State Govt./ UT Administration/ Education Authority.
2. Proficiency in use of Computers and Basic Software packages such as Windows/Network Operating System/LAN Architecture.

Junior Accountant :
ESSENTIAL
1. Bachelor Degree with Maths or Statics or a Degree in Commerce from a recognize University.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION
1. Three Years experience in dealing with Accounts in some Govt. institutions with knowledge of computer based accounting

Pay Scale : Post wise Pay matrix Level for NBE Recruitment 2021 is as follows :

Senior Assistant : Pay Matrix Level 7
Junior Assistant : Pay Matrix Level 2
Junior Accountant : Pay Matrix Level 4

Selection Process : To qualify the examination(s) or as may be prescribed by NBE. You will be required to register yourself for appearing in the Computer Based Entrance Exam (CBT) to be conducted by TCS on 20.09.2021. For this purpose, you will have to access the website of TCS whose link is indicated below which will take you to their website in which you can register yourself.
Based on CBT list of short listed candidates will prepare for each category of post/grade who will be called for a further skill test to be arranged by NBE on 20.09.2020. Every candidate who registers for the CBT should satisfy himself that he or she is eligible for the concerned post/grade and NBE shall take no responsibility, in case they are found unsuitable at the time of skill test to be conducted on 20.09.2020.

Application Fee :
(i) Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1500/- + GST (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) is to be paid by the general category candidates.
(ii) No Application Fee for SC/ST/PWD/OBC-NCL/EWS category & Women candidates.

Mode of Payment : Fee is to be paid only through Online mode at the time of registration. Application fee once paid shall NOT be refunded for any reason and under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other examination.

How to Apply Online for NBE Recruitment 2021 :

Candidates must satisfy themselves, before applying, about their eligibility for the post. Candidates are, therefore, urged to carefully read the advertisement and complete the application form and submit the same as per the instructions to avoid rejection at later stage. Candidates need to follow given steps to Apply Online :

Step 1 : All applicants must register themselves for appearing in the Computer Based Test to be conducted by TCS. Click Here to go to the website of TCS wherein you can register.

Step 2 : Candidates are advised in their own interest to register themselves in the website of TCS much before the closing date and not to wait till last date to avoid the possibility of any unforeseen contingency. NBE will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of applications due to any reason.

Step 3 : The candidate must fill their name, date of birth, father’s name & mother’s name as given in matriculation/secondary/ ITI/ Any other examination certificate; otherwise their candidature may be cancelled.

Step 4 : Candidates should give their own functional mobile number and valid & active personal email id. NBE will not entertain any request for change of mobile number & email address after submission of applications.

Step 5 :Self-attested copies of the following documents must be uploaded at the time of registration with TCS :
(i) 10th Class Certificate for age proof & EQR.
(ii) 12th Class Certificate.
(iii) Graduation Degree.
(iv) Graduation Marks sheet.
(v) Post-Graduation Degree.
(vi) Experience Certificate.
(vii) NOC, if applicable.
(viii) Caste /PwD/EWS certificate, if applicable issued by competent authority.

Step 6 : Passport size Photograph – may be uploaded (Use only recent colour photograph taken within last 30 days. Keep sufficient copies of the same photograph for future use.)

Step 7 : Identity proof (ID) (e.g. Aadhaar/Printout of E-Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License, Original 10th Certificate etc.) which must also be carried during the examination & document verification.
