Recruitment of Constable Male & Female in Executive Category in RPF & RPSF over Indian Railways

Employment Notice No RRB/SC/Advt./CEN RPF 02/2024 The Railway Protection Force (RPF) is a security force of India entrusted with protecting railway passengers, passenger area and railway property of the Indian Railways .This is the only central armed police force (CAPF) which has the power to arrest, investigate and prosecute criminals. The force is under the authority of Ministry of Railways (India).

ONLINE applications are invited from eligible Male and Female candidates for the recruitment of Constable in Level 3 of 7th CPC Pay matrix for the vacancies in Railway Protection Force (RPF) of various Zones of Indian Railways and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). Applications complete in all respect should be submitted ONLINE ONLY Last Date mention in official notice. Railway Police Force is going to make recruitment on Constable Male/ Female Posts. There will be 10% Reserved Seats for Female Candidates. Railway Minister has given instructions to start Recruitment Process soon. RPF Constable Male : 3577 Posts. Category wise Vacancies are given below….

• EWS : 357 Posts
• OBC : 966 Posts
• SC : 536 Posts
• ST : 268 Posts

RPF SI Executive Female : 631 Posts. Category wise Vacancies are given below….

• UR : 256 Posts
• EWS : 63 Posts
• OBC : 170 Posts
• SC : 95 Posts
• ST : 47 Posts

NOTE : ExSM 10% of total vacancy – 420 Posts

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2024) : The applicant must not be less than 18 years and not more than 28 years. Age mentioned in the Matriculation or equivalent certificate will only be accepted.
Relaxation in upper age limit up to 5 years will be admissible to applicants belonging to SC/ST category and up to 3 years to those belonging to OBC category.

Educational Qualification : Candidates must have the Educational Qualifications (10th Pass or Equivalent from recognised Board) prescribed in the CEN from recognized University as on the last date (i.e., 14.05.2024) for submission of ONLINE application. Those awaiting results of their final examination of the prescribed educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply

Pay Scale & Allowances : Level 3 of 7th CPC Pay matrix with initial pay of Rs 21,700/- and Allowances)

Selection Process : Recruitment will be made based on the performance of the eligible applicants in a Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement, Viva-Voce Test, Bonus Marks, if any, obtained and Documents Verification.

Out of this fee of ₹ 500/-, an amount of ₹ 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in CBT. : ₹ 500/-
2 For candidates who belong to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC).
This fee of ₹ 250/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in CBT : ₹ 250/-
NOTE: Only candidates who attend CBT will get a refund of their examination fee as mentioned above.
