UP Police has invited Online Application for Sub Inspector Male & Female Posts in Year 2021. Recently Exam Date has been Out for UP Police SI Exam. Online Computer Based Written Exam was conducted for Sub Inspector Post. There was 9534 Vacancies for SI Male & SI Female. UP Police has changed the Exam Process. Earlier Exam conducts under Offline Pen Paper Mode but from 2017 onwards Written Exam for Sub Inspector Male Female Post conduct under Online Mode. Online Exam was conducted from 12 November to 02 December, 2021. UP Police has also invited Online Applications for 1329 Police Sub Inspector (Confidential) पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक (गोपनीय), Assistant Sub Inspector Clerk पुलिस सहायक उपनिरीक्षक (लिपिक) & Assistant Sub Inspector Accounts पुलिस सहायक उपनिरीक्षक (लेखा) Posts. Online Exam was conducted on 04 & 05 December 2021.

As Exam was conducted under Online Mode. Aspirants who appeared in UP Police SI Exam 2021 Male/ Female knew that Exam has 160 Questions, comprises of 400 Marks. No Negative Marking is applicable. Aspirants need to get 50% Marks in each subject as there are Four Subjects in Exam.

UP Police SI Online Exam Normalization Method : As UP Police Sub Inspector Online Exam was conducted on various dates & various shifts So Normalization Process is Applicable to decide candidates marks. Normalization Process will applicable as each candidate get equal chance in exam because Exam Level in each shift may vary from easy to tough. Normalization for UP Police SI Online Exam will based on Standardized Equi Percentile Method used in MAH-MBA/MMS CET-2015 Exam.

UP Police SI Cut Off deciding Factors : Aspirants who appeared for UP Police SI Platoon Commander will know that Exam was of Total 400 Marks. There was no Negative Marking. UP Police SI Cut Off 2017 Online Written Exam will be decided as follows :

1. Candidates have to attain minimum 50% Marks in each Section
2. As It was Online Exam, SSC will opt Normalization Process to decide marks of Candidates & as well as cut off.
3. Cut Off will depend on Exam Level & No. of Candidates appeared in Exam.
4. Cut Off will decide Category wise for General, OBC, SC/ ST. There will be separate cut off for Female, Freedom Fighters, Ex Servicemen & PH Candidates.
