RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS IN JUNIOR MANAGEMENT GRADE SCALE-I ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF SPECIALLY DESIGNED POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING & FINANCE (PGDBF) COURSE. Canara Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank with Head Office in Bengaluru and pan India presence with over 6100 branches, invites ON-LINE APPLICATIONS, from the eligible candidates to apply for admissions to the specially designed One year training course leading to Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) either through Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru or NITTE Education International Pvt Ltd., Mangaluru, which are recognised by UGC.

Age Limit : Minimum Age Limit is 20 Year & maximum Age Limit is 30 Years for Probationary Officer Post.  Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1993 and not later than 01.10.2003 (both days inclusive)

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have passed Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) or equivalent grade, in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Pay Scale : For JMGS-I Pay Scale is Rs. 23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020/-

Application Fee (Non Refundable) : Application Fee for SC/ST/PWBD Candidates is Rs. 118/- [Intimation Charges only includes GST @18%] & For Other Candidates is Rs. 708/- [includes GST @18%]

SELECTION PROCEDURE : The selection shall be by way of Online Objective Test + Group Discussion + Interview. Online objective test will be conducted through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai. Payment of fee by Demand Draft / Cheque / Money Orders / Postal Orders etc will not be accepted and such applications will be summarily rejected.
