Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published notification to conduct online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel for Specialist Officers Posts in the Participating Organizations. The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel in Specialist Officers’ cadre posts listed below in the Participating Banks is tentatively scheduled in December 2023/ January 2024. Total No. of Posts (Year 2023): 1402 Vacancies
Name of the Post : Specialist Officers (CRP SPL -XIII). Post wise Vacancies are as follows :-

1.  IT Officer (Scale I) : 120 Posts
2. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I) : 500 Posts
3. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) : 41 Posts
4. Law Officer (Scale I) : 10 Posts
5. HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I) : 31 Posts
6. Marketing Officer (Scale I) : 700 Posts

Age limit (as on 01.08.2023) : Candidates age limit should be between 20 to 30 years as on, i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both dates inclusive) Age Relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates admissible as per rules & for other relaxation details refer the notification.

Educational Qualification (as on 21.08.2023): Post wise Educational Qualification for Specialist Officer Post is as follows :-

IT Officer (Scale I) : Candidate should possess 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I) : 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Cooperation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/ Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) : Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level or Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.

Law Officer (Scale I) : Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.

HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I) : Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.

Marketing Officer (Scale I) : Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) & interview.

Application Fee : Applicants required to pay Rs.175/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates and Rs. 850/- for all others through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

1. Candidates can Apply under Online Mode from the Official Website (http://www.ibps.in).
2. Candidates are required to have Valid Email Id & Mobile No as Important Details like Registration No. & Password will be sent to this EMail Id or Mobile No.
3. Candidates should have 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark sheets to fill Online Application Correctly.
4. Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
5. Link for Online Application & Fee Payment is available from 01 August, 2023.
6. Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference.
7. All the candidates before submission application fee check all the entry fill in the form is corrected because after fee submission under any circumstances fee should not be refundable.
