IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Cut Off Marks 2022 : Bank will release cut off marks of Written Exam to call candidates for Interview. Cut Off Marks will be based on Difficulty of Exam, No. of Candidates appeared & Category wise. IDBI may release Online Exam Cut Off Marks along with Written Test Result. Bank reserves the right to fix the minimum cut- off marks, section wise as well as on total in the online examination in order to finalize the number of candidates to be called for the Interview. Interview : Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Examination for Assistant Manager will be called for interview. Candidates who do not attend the Interview or who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview shall be disqualified from further selection. Shortlisting of candidates for interview will be provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of all details/documents with the original when a candidate reports for interview (if called). In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Age, Educational Qualification, etc.) he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
Final Selection : The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank. Candidates qualifying in OT will form the pool of shortlisted candidates and will be eligible for further selection process. Such candidates will be called on the basis of higher order of marks and age within their respective category, subject to availability of vacancies in the respective category and /or at the discretion of the Bank. The category wise merit/wait list of the candidates will be prepared as per the following formula:
Final Score = 3/4 of Online Test Score +1/4 of Interview Score
The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on category wise final marks obtained in the Selection Processes, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.
Probation Period : Initial appointment in the post of Assistant Manager is on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of joining the Bank (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank). Candidates will be posted at Bank’s discretion, to any offices of the Bank or the departments / offices / business units / the Bank’s associate institutions. The candidates will also be liable to be transferred to any place in/ outside India, as the Bank may decide from time to time in terms of the Bank’s prevailing rules/policies.
