NFL is looking for qualified, dynamic and result oriented experienced professionals with initiative for manning the following positions on regular basis for its various Units/ Offices. | Age Limit (as on 31.03.2020) | Maximum Age Limit is 18 years to 27 Years. The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of age, minimum educational qualification, post qualification inline work experience in the relevant Pay Scale/ CTC shall be 31.10.2023 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever. |
| Educational Qualification | The Educational Qualification should be on full time regular basis with minimum 60% marks except for AMIE. Specifications of minimum educational qualifications for all the posts be read with Clause Nos.I.3 to I.7 of this advertisement. No claim of possession of equivalent qualification other than advertised educational qualification would be entertained. |
| Pay Scale | E-1 – ₹40000 – 3% – 140000 Materials Officer/ Accounts Officer E-2 ₹50000 – 3% – 160000 Asstt. Manager (Materials). E-5 ₹80000 – 3% – 220000 Sr. Manager (F&A) |
| Application Fee | General, OBC and EWS category candidates are required to pay non-refundable application fee plus applicable bank charges (if any) through online transfer mode at the time of submission of online application : Rs. 700/- However, SC/ ST/ ExSM, PwBD and Departmental candidates are not required to pay the Application Fee |
| Selection Process | Selection will be based on Interview. In case of receipt of large number of Applications, NFL reserves a right to conduct an online test in Delhi – NCR region and/or any other city(ies) of India for the purpose of short-listing candidates for interview. |

details once finally submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances. Hence, candidates are strictly
advised to ensure that they have filled in the correct particulars & details in online Application Form before
final submission. It should be noted that false declaration shall render the candidate ineligible from this
recruitment process. - Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
- Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference.
