• 23.3.2023 (provisionally) – Candidate Response card/summary will be emailed to Individual candidates on the email provided at the time of filling the application form
• 24.3.2023 (provisionally) – Candidates can see their individual Response Card/ summary by logging in to their application portal through their unique ID and password
• 3-4 weeks (or earlier) – Final merit list will be declared later, after all grievances have been addressed and Normalization formula has been applied.

About SGPGI Staff Nurse Exam 2023 : The selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) only. The Exam was Conducted Successfully for the above Vacant 1974 posts of Nursing Officers. The Exam was written Objective Type with total 100 Marks. The Time Duration for the Written exam was 120 Minutes. Negative Marking of 1/4 Marks was applicable. Questions were asked from Relevant Subject, General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Mathematical Aptitude.
RMLIMS Staff Nurse Cut Off Marks/ Merit List 2023 : The selection will be made as per Merit prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the said Examination. The qualifying marks in Recruitment Examination will be 50% for UR/ EWS, 50% for OBC and 45% for SC & ST. (5% relaxation in qualifying marks for PH candidate in each category). RMLIMS Online Exam Minimum Qualifying Marks : The qualifying marks in Recruitment Examination will be 50% for UR/EWS, 50% for OBC and 45% for SC & ST. For PWBD additional 5% relaxation will be given irrespective of the category. Accordingly, qualifying marks for PWBD will be as follows UR/EWS-PWBD : 50%, OBC-PWBD : 50% and SC/ST-PWBD : 45%).
Skill Test/ Technical Examination :
A Skill Test/ Technical Examination will be conducted after the Common Recruitment Test (CRT). Candidates equal to three times the number of posts advertised in each category will be shortlisted after the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) to appear for the Skill Test/ Technical Examination. The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) only by the candidates who qualify the Skill Test/ Technical Examination. The list of applicants eligible for the Skill Test/ Technical Examination (wherever required) after the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) will be declared on the Institute website.
SGPGI Nursing Officer Final Merit List 2023 :
The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) only for all categories (i.e. GENERAL, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc) separately and rank will be awarded to all qualified applicants. While preparing the merit list for the General (Unreserved) category, all applicants (including those from the reserved categories) will be taken into consideration, but while preparing the merit list for a reserved category, only applicants of that category will be taken into consideration. The same method will be applicable in all reserved categories.
