UPSC IAS Pre Admit Card 2023 Download : The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-Admit Card for UPSC Civil Service Exam will available in the UPSC website [www.upsc.gov.in] for downloading by candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post. For downloading the eAdmit Card the candidate must have his/her vital parameters like RID & Date of Birth or Roll No. (if received) & date of birth or name, Father’s name & Date of Birth available with him/her.

UPSC Civil Services Pre Exam Pattern 2023 : UPSC CDS 1 Exam comprises of Written Exam & Interview. Some Points regarding exam are as follows :-
- The Examination shall comprise of two compulsory Papers of 200 marks each.
- Both the question papers will be of the objective type (multiple choice questions) and each will be of two hours duration.
- The General Studies Paper-II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
- The question papers will be set both in Hindi and English.
- PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS: Candidates should note that there will be penalty (negative marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
NOTE : The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-Admit Card will be made available in the UPSC website [https://upsconline.nic.in] for downloading by candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post.
