Advt No. 1499 & Advt No. 1500 The BSCB has been authorized as Nodal agency by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna, vide order no 5196 dt 14-11-2013 under section 44AV (D) of chapter VI-D of Bihar Co-operative societies (Amendment) 2008 to facilitate direct recruitment for itself and District Central Cooperative Banks in Bihar. Bihar State Co-operative Bank Ltd has invited Online Application for Assistant Multipurpose & Assistant Manager Posts. This Exam conducted for 276 Vacancies of 2023-24.
Advertisement for 245 posts of Assistant (Multipurpose) in The Bihar State Cooperative Bank and 20 District Central Co-operative Banks of Bihar and Advertisement for 31 posts of Assistant Manager in The Bihar State Cooperative Bank and 04 District Central Cooperative Banks was released in September 2022. BSCB Assistant Exam Cut Off Deciding Factor : In Bihar Corporative Bank Assistant Pre exam there is both the sectional & overall cut-off. Bihar Clerk Pre Exam cut-off will be evaluated on the following criteria :
- The difficulty level of the exam – The cut-off of the exam is evaluated according to the level of the questions in each slot of the exam.
- No. of attempts in each section by candidates – Also, it depends on the number of total questions attempted by the candidates in various slots of the exam.
- Total Number of vacancies – The number of vacancies plays a major role in the exam cut-off. The cut-off of the exam will be automatically decreased if the total number of vacancies is low as compared to the previous year.
- The total number of candidates appeared in the exam – The cut-off of the exam also depends on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam in the various slots of the exam.
Cut-off Score (Online Pre Examination) : Cut Off for Pre Exam will decide from 100 Marks. Questions were asked from English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability. The marks obtained in prelims exam will be calculated for qualifying candidates in the mains exam. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for Next Stage. Selection Process : Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in the written test (Prelims) 10 times of vacant posts will be shortlisted for the Main Examination and 02 times of the vacant posts will be shortlisted for Panel. Selected Candidates will get Joining in Bihar State Cooperative Bank & in 20 Central Cooperative Bank at Katihar, Aurangabad, Supaul, Nawada, Munger, Gopalganj, Nalanda, Magadh, Sasaram, Ara, Bhagalpur, Patliputra, Khagaria, Siwan, Purnea, samastipur, Vaishali, Rohika, Bettiah, Sitamarhi.
Allotment of Bank : Allotment of Bank will be on the basis of merit and preferences given by the candidate, for various banks, provided the vacancy for that particular category in which a candidate qualifies, exists in the preferred Bank(s). For example, if a candidate gives First Preference to a Bank where there is no Vacancy for, he will be considered for next lower preference, where he/she has applied. Candidates shall indicate their preferences for the post of Assistant (Multipurpose) for all the above 21 banks. Any application for change in the preferences indicated in the online form shall not be considered.
