RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS – ADMISSION TO POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING & FINANCE COURSE AT INDIAN BANK MANIPAL SCHOOL OF BANKING (IBMSB) Indian Bank has invited application from young and bright graduates who fulfill the eligibility criteria specified and who are interested in Banking career, for admission to the one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB), which has been set up jointly by Indian Bank and Manipal Global Education Service Pvt Ltd.

There were 417 Vacancies for PO Posts. As Mention in Official notification, Pre Written Exam was conducted First to select candidates for Next Stage. Indian Bank has conducted Pre Exam on 06 October, 2018 to select suitable candidates for Mains Exam. Candidates will be selected through a selection process consisting of online Exam (Preliminary & Main Examination) followed by Personal Interview. Admission to PGDBF at Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB) comes with the assurance of a full-fledged Banking career with Indian Bank as a Probationary Officer on successful completion of the course. NOTE : Candidates will be selected for admission to the course at either of the above two institutes through selection process consisting of online objective test followed by Mains Exam and Personal Interview. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded with “Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF)” from that institute and the candidates would be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

Indian Bank PO Cut Off Marks 2018 : Indian Bank will announce official cut off marks of Written Exam to call candidates for Mains Exam. Cut Off Marks will be based on Difficulty of Exam, No. of Candidates appeared & Category wise. Indian Bank will release PO Exam Cut Off Marks along with Written Test Result.

After Pre Exam Result Process : Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Main examination may subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Bank. The intimation will be sent by email and sms to the registered email ID and mobile number. Indian Bank PO Mains Exam will conduct on 04 November, 2018.

Personal Interview : The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview is 40% for General and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. The weightage (ratio) of the Main examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates will be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination and Interview.

NOTE : The final merit list for selection will be on the basis of performance in Online Test and Interview as decided by the Bank.
