UPTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification : To Apply for UPTET 2022, Candidates have to fulfill the given criteria :
For Primary Level Teacher : The Candidates must have Graduation degree with minimum of 50% marks with 2 years diploma in special education (D.Ed) OR BTC training from UP OR 4 year diploma in elementary education OR BTC (Urdu) 2 Year Course OR Intermediate with 04 Year B.El.Ed Course.
For Upper Primary Level teacher : The Candidates Should have Graduation degree with minimum of 50% marks with OR B.Ed in Pedagogy BTC training from UP OR 2 years programme in BTC OR Intermediate with 04 Year B.El.Ed Course.

UPTET 2022 Exam will be for Primary Level & Upper Primary Level. Classification for Primary & Upper Primary will be as follows :
Primary Level : One who aims to be a teacher for I to Vth Class.
Upper Primary Level : One who aims to be a teacher for VI to VIII Class.
Application Fee : UPTET 2022 Application Fee is increased this Year. There will be Fee Relaxation for Physically Handicapped Candidates. Fee for UPTET 2022 is as :
For Paper I or Paper II :
- SC/ ST Category Candidates : Rs. 400/-
- General & OBC Candidates : Rs. 600/-
- PWD Candidates : Rs. 100/-
For Paper I & Paper II Both :
- SC/ ST Category Candidates : Rs. 1200/-
- General & OBC Candidates : Rs. 800/-
- PWD Candidates : Rs. 200/-

UPTET 2023 Online Application Process/ How to Apply : Interested and Eligible Candidates need to Apply Online for UPTET Exam. Important Steps for Online Application will be as
- Candidates can Apply under Online Mode from the UP Basic Education Boards Official Website or UPTET 2022 Online Application Portal (https://updeled.gov.in/).
- Candidates are required to have Valid Email Id & Mobile No as Important Details like Registration No. & Password will be sent to this EMail Id or Mobile No.
- Candidates should have 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark sheets, BTC/ B.Ed to fill Online Application Correctly.
- Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
