J&K Bank functions as a universal bank in Jammu & Kashmir and as a specialised bank in the rest of the country. It is also the only private sector bank designated as RBI’s agent for banking business, and carries out the banking business of the Central Government, besides collecting central taxes for CBDT. The Bank , incorporated in 1938, and is listed on the NSE and the BSE.
Jammu & Kashmir Bank has recently announced 250 Vacancies for Probationary Officer Post & 1200 Vacancies for Banking Associates Post. As Mention in Official notification, Written Exam will conduct First to select candidates for Next Stage. Earlier J&K Bank has announced Exam Date & Online Exam for Both Posts was decided to conduct in February, 2019. But It was postponed. Now Written Exam will conduct in April, 2019.

J&K Bank Banking Associates Exam Date :23, 24, 25 April, 2019
Exact date and time of the examination will be intimated in the Call Letter along with the Centre/Venue for the Examination, well in advance of the date of the Examination. The Candidates should note that all the instructions/ intimations will be provided on the Bank’s website only. The candidates are requested to check the website for the same from time to time for important dates and notifications. Decision of the Bank in respect of all matters pertaining to this admission process would be final & binding on all candidates.
NOTE : Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof and submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination call letter while attending the examination, without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the call letter (provided during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.

Some Points about Written Exam :
- Written Exam will conduct under Online Mode. There will be Objective Type Questions in Exam.
- Online Exam Carry Total 100 Marks & 100 Questions will be asked in exam
- Time Duration for Written Exam is 1 Hour (20 Minute for each section).
- Bank will decide the minimum cut-off marks for each subject as well as Total Score. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each subject and also a minimum total score as decided by Bank to be considered for Group Discussion and Interview.
NOTE : Each Candidate will be required to obtain minimum score in each objective test and also minimum total score in the objective test. Depending on the number of vacancies cut offs will be decided in each test.
