NABARD Development Assistant Selection Process : Candidates will be selected by NABARD through a selection process consisting of an online test (Preliminary and Main Examination). Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Document Verification. Final selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the online Main examination in the order of merit and biometric verification. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
NABARD Development Assistant Pre Exam Pattern 2022 : The structure of the Preliminary Examination (objective type) which will be conducted online is as follows:

- Time Duration for DA Pre Exam is 60 Minutes (01 Hour).
- There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 Marks in Written Exam.
- Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by Bank. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by Bank depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination.
NABARD Development Assistant Mains Exam Pattern 2022 : The structure of the Main Examination which will be conducted online is as follows:

- There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 Marks in Mains Exam.
- There is Descriptive Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) comprised of 50 Marks. Time Duration for Descriptive Test will be 30 Minutes.
- Time Duration for Objective Test 90 Minutes.
NOTE : The above tests except English, will be available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi. The Preliminary Examination is only qualifying in nature and is meant to serve as a screening test. Only those candidates who score sufficiently high in both, individual tests & in aggregate, shall be shortlisted for Main Examination in the calling ratio of maximum 1:25 based on the cut off arrived on performance of the candidates in the examination. Similarly, only such candidates who score the cut off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for selection.
NABARD Development Assistant Syllabus 2022 :
Reasoning:- Focus on Comprehension Reasoning, Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and de-coding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion type questions, arithmetic reasoning, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, syllogistic reasoning, Seating Arrangements, Decision Making, Input & Output, Logical Reasoning. Questions form Non Verbal Reasoning may ask in the Exam.
English Language :- Mainly Focus on the topics like Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Error, Sentence correction, fill in the blanks, Sentence Arrangements/ Word Arrangement, Comprehension & Cloze Test nothing can be out of these mentioned Topics etc. Comprehension will be lengthy.
Quantitative Aptitude:- Questions will be asked from Simplification, Number Series, Quadratic Equations Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Data Interpretation is the section which have to be focused.
General Awareness:- Questions will be asked from Indian Current Events, Banking, General Science, General Knowledge. Focus will be mainly on Current affairs of National & International news, Important dates, Current Science, Technology, Sports & Culture & Banking Sector.
