AGE LIMIT : The candidate must have attained the age of 21 yrs and must not have attained the age of 35 years i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-09-1987 and not later than 01-09-2001)
Educational Qualification :
Development Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institutions with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD candidates).
Development Assistant Hindi : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University in English/ Hindi medium with
Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate.

Pay Scale : Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay (including two advance increments) in the scale of Rs. 13150-750(3) – 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 – 1200 (6) – 26200 – 1300 (2) – 28800 – 1480 (3) – 33240 – 1750 (1) – 34990 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissible from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Development Assistants is approximately Rs. 32,000/-.
Application Fee : SC/ ST/ PWBD Candidates has to pay Application Fee of Rs. 50/- & Application Fee for All Other Categories is Rs. 450/-.
Selection Process : The selection process will involve two phases viz. Preliminary and Main Exam, both online.
How to Apply : Eligible applicants are required to apply online through website www.nabard.org. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The application form should be filled in English only. Candidates to go to the Bank’s website www.nabard.org/career notices & click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will be sent at the given email ID and mobile number.
