The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is an Act of the Parliament of India which seeks to protect home-buyers as well as help boost investments in the real estate industry. The Act came into force from 1 May 2016. Uttar Pradesh Real State Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has invited Online Applications for Various Vacancies. Details of Vacancies : Total 03 Posts. Post wise Vacancies are as follows –

1. IT Manager : 01 Post
2. Data Analysis & Documentation Consultant : 01 Post
3. Law Trainee

Age Limit as on 01.04.2023: Not More than 40 Years

Educational Qualification : Educational Qualification is different for each post. Download Official Notification for Education Criteria. Check Educational Qualification below..

Pay Scale :
Law Trainee : Rs. 40000/- Per Month
Documentation Consultant : Rs. 70000/- per Month
IT Manager : decide by Department

How to Apply :

1. Candidates can Apply under Online Mode from the Official Website (http://up-rera.in/index).
2. Candidates are required to have Valid Email Id & Mobile No as Important Details like Registration No. & Password will be sent to this EMail Id or Mobile No.
3. Candidates should have 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark sheets to fill Online Application Correctly.
4. Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
5. Link for Online Application & Fee Payment will be available till 11 May 2023 for IT Manager & Consultant & 30 April for Law Trainee.
6. Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference.
7. All the candidates before submission application fee check all the entry fill in the form is corrected because after fee submission under any circumstances fee should not be refundable.
