Name of Exam : UP Judicial Service Civil Judge (Junior Division) Examination 2022
Details of Vacancies : 303 Posts. Category wise Vacancies are as follows :

• Unreserved/ General : 123 Posts
• EWS : 30 Posts
• OBC :  81 Posts
• SC : 63 Posts
• ST : 06 Posts
• DFF : 06 Posts
• Women : 60 Posts
• PH : 12 Posts

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2022) : A candidate for direct recruitment to the service must have attained the age of 22 years and must not have attained the age more than 35 years on the first day of July next following the year as per relevant service Rules/requisition i.e. 01.07.2023. They must not have been born after 1st July, 2001 and not before 2nd July, 1988. Age relaxation will provided for Reserved Category Candidates as per UP Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualifications : Candidates must posses following Educational Qualifications :
(A) Till last date for submitting the application form the candidate must be a Bachelor of Laws of a University established by Law in U.P. or any other University of India recognized for this purposes by the Governor, or
(B) Must be an Advocate enrolled under the provisions of the Advocate Act 1961 or a Barrister of England or Northern Ireland or a Member Faculty of Advocates in Scotland and is entitled to practice in the Court or Courts subordinate thereto
(C) Must possess thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script

Pay Scale : Rs. 9000-14550 (Revised Pay Scale Rs. 27700-770-35090-920-40450-1080-44770)

Application Fee : After filling in the ‘Candidate’s Registration’ format of the On-line application, the candidate can submit Application Fee by Challan or by Debit/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking The above fee, for Preliminary Examination according to the category, is as under:-
1. Unreserved (General)- Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 125/-
2. Other Backward Class- Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total =Rs.125/-
3. Scheduled Caste – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
4. Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
5. Handicapped – Exam fee NIL + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
