EXAMINATION NOTICE NO. 11/2023 CDS-II A Combined Defence Services Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission in September, 2022 for admission to the under mentioned courses :—
- Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 157th (DE) Course
- Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala Course Course
- Air Force Academy, Hyderabad—(Pre-Flying) Training Course 216 F(P) Course
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Madras)—119th SSC (Men) Course (NT)
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai—34th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course
UPSC CDS 2 Exam 2023 : UPSC CDS Exam was conducted on 04 September, 2023. UPSC CDS 1 & 2 Exam comprises of Written Exam & Interview. For Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy : There was 3 Papers comprises of 100 Marks each. Time Duration for Each paper is 2 hour. For Admission to Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) : There was 2 Papers comprises of 100 Marks each. Time Duration for Each paper is 2 hour. The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective type questions only. The question papers (Test Booklets) of General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics will be set bilingually in Hindi as well as English.

As Exam was conducted under Offline Mode. Aspirants who appeared in UPSC CDS Exam 2023 Male/ Female knew that Exam comprises of 200 Marks for OTA & 300 Marks for IMA INA AFA. SSB/ Interview is also of 300 Marks. Cut Off Marks for Written Exam will be decided out of 300 Marks & 200 marks.
