Age Limit : The decisive date of age calculation for recruitment to all the posts mentioned in the above table is 1st January, 2023 (in case if Advt. is released in between 1st January to 30th June) and 1st July (in case if Advt. is released in between 1st July to 31st December). As such on 1st January, 2023, the candidate has to have attained the age of 18 years and should not be more than 40 years age.

Educational Qualification : (i) B.Sc.(Hons.) Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized by Institute or University OR B.Sc.(Post certificate)/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/India Nursing Council
OR
2. (i) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized by Institute/ Board or council
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/ Indian Nursing Council
(iii)Two years’ experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned at 2(i) above.

Pay Scale : Nursing Officer (Sister Gr. II) – Pay Matrix – 44900-142400 (Level – 7)

Application Fee : SC/ ST Candidates of UP : Rs. 708/- & Others (General, EWS & OBC of UP) : Rs. 1180/- for Group B & C Posts. (Application Fee is ‘Non-refundable’)

No application/fee will be accepted after date as against the above advertisement till the last date of submission of application and fee as per published Examination scheduled on Institute’s website. The applicant will not be able to print out his application unless his fee is adjusted by the bank.Therefore, the fee from the bank should be mandatorily adjusted by the candidate.Candidate can also amend his application form except -Registered Mobile Number, Email, Aadhaar Number, Category, etc.Candidates are advised to visit Institute’s website for the detailed schedule of the Examination and application process.

4. Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
5. Link for Online Application & Fee Payment is available from 20 October 2023
6. Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference.
