The National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh invites online applications for the post of Community Health Officers (CHOs). Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, GoUP envisioned to strengthen Sub-Health Centers as Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs) for improved implementation of public health programmes and to enable comprehensive primary healthcare service delivery, including disease prevention and health promotion. Successful candidates shall be posted at Sub-Health Centers level HWCs as CHOs to work in coordination with primary healthcare team.

NHM, UP is seeking applications from eligible candidates for approximately 4000 contractual vacancies (actual number may vary as per the requirement). UP NHM CHO Selection Process & Exam Pattern 2024 :

Selection shall be purely made on the basis of written test. UP NHM CHO Exam Pattern is as following :

• One written Test shall be conducted for CHO and merit list shall be prepared category wise for both the phases separately.
• Time Duration of the test shall be of 2 (two) hours.
• 100 Multiple Choice Question (MCQs) will be asked in Written Exam.
• Written test date, venue, instructions and guidelines shall be uploaded on www.upnrhm.gov.in or www.sams.co.in

UP NHM CHO Cut Off Marks 2024 : Minimum qualifying marks for the written test shall be as follows:
(a) 33% for Un-Reserved categories
(b) 30% for OBC
(c) 24% for SC, ST
