Advertisement Ref: No.: 652/SPMU/NHM/Appt./2023-24/8290 Detailed Advertisement, Guidelines and Selection Process for direct recruitment of 5582 contractual position of Community Health Officer(CHO) (Integrated Course) through Document Verification Process (DVP) The National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh invites online applications for the post of Community Health Officers (CHOs). Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, GoUP envisioned to strengthen Sub-Health Centers as Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs) for improved implementation of public health programmes and to enable comprehensive primary healthcare service delivery, including disease prevention and health promotion. Successful candidates shall be posted at Sub-Health Centers level HWCs as CHOs to work in coordination with primary healthcare team.

UP NHM CHO Selection Process & Exam Pattern 2024 :
Selection shall be purely made on the basis of written test. UP NHM CHO Exam Pattern is as following :
- Time Duration of the test shall be of 2 (two) hours of
- 100 Multiple Choice Question (MCQs) will be asked in Written Exam.
- Written test date, venue, instructions and guidelines shall be uploaded on www.upnrhm.gov.in or www.sams.co.in
NOTE : If candidates have any query regarding the screening outcome and their status for Six Month Bridge Program (Certificate) in Community Health Under State Health Society, NHM, Uttar Pradesh, such candidates can send their query on email ID [email protected] by or before 6:30 PM. Screening committee shall reply to the candidates’ query within three working days of receipt of the e-mail. Based on conclusion of screening committee on candidates’ queries, screening outcome remark of candidate may change.
