Northern Railway has invited applications from interested Applicants for engagement as Act Apprentices against the 3093 slots notified for training in the designated Trades under Apprentice Act 1961 for various Division/ Units/ Workshops. Candidature of the applicant is provisional at all stages of selection process subject to fulfilling the eligibility conditions. Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit Online Application much before the closing date to avoid possibility of any failure to submit application due to heavy load/jam on website. Separate Application with prescribed fee is to be filled for Service Side & Cooking Side if fulfils the eligibility conditions.

Details of Vacancies : Total 3093 Apprentice Posts

Age Limit (as on 20/10/2021) : Candidate must have completed 15 years and should not be more than 24 years of age as on last date mention in notice. The upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% marks and possess essential ITI passed certificate in related trade from a recognized Industrial Training Institute affiliated to NCVT.

APPLICATION FEE (NON REFUNDABLE) : Examination fee is to be paid through ONLINE MODE and Service Charge as applicable will be borne by the candidate. Candidates to note that RRC/NR is not responsible for incomplete or pending online examination fee transaction for whatever reason. In such case candidate need to proceed with fresh/new transaction of payment of examination fee.
(i) For all candidates except those mentioned in sub-para (ii) below: Rs.100/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only through Online Payment in favour of RRC/NR.
(ii) For candidates belonging to SC/ST, Women, Minorities, PwBD, ExSM, Transgender and Economically Backward Classes: No Application Fee
(iii) Candidate to note that in case of refund of Examination Fee it will be transferred back to the source from where it is received in RRC Account

MODE OF SELECTION : Selection of MTS Posts is to be made on the basis of merit list based of class 10th marks. Shortlisted Candidates will call for Document Verification.

2. Candidates are required to have Valid Email Id & Mobile No as Important Details like Registration No. & Password will be sent to this EMail Id or Mobile No.
3. Candidates should have 10th, 12th Mark sheets to fill Online Application Correctly.
4. Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
5. Link for Online Application & Fee Payment will be available from 20.09.2021 to 20.10.2021
6. Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference
